Our mission and vision

Compassionate support that builds independence

Our mission is to provide compassionate support to NDIS participants, helping people enhance their health, wellbeing and life skills.

Our vision

A world where people with disability have the power, support and opportunity to shape their own lives, live independently and create meaningful opportunities for themselves and others.

How we support

Practical support with dignity, safety and choice

We work with participants, families, nominees, support coordinators and health professionals to deliver support that is reliable, respectful and easy to understand.

1

Daily Living Support

Assistance with routines, personal care, household tasks and daily activities based on the participant's NDIS plan, goals and preferences.

2

Supported Independent Living

SIL support for participants who need regular assistance with daily tasks, routines, overnight support and skill development in a shared living environment.

3

Community Participation

Support to attend appointments, build social connection, access local services and take part in meaningful community activities.

Our values

The values that guide our support

These values shape each care plan, each conversation and each moment of support.

Inclusion

We value every person for who they are and treat people with dignity and respect.

Unity

We listen, share ideas and work together with participants, families and care teams.

Compassion

We take time to understand each person's needs and never assume we know what is best.

Accountability

We take responsibility for reliable, transparent and high-quality support.

Respect

We value diversity, personal choice, independence and each participant's unique needs.

Our approach

Support that starts with listening

Good support is never one-size-fits-all. We take time to understand each participant's goals, risks, culture, communication needs, routines and preferred way of receiving support.

What participants can expect

  • Respect for privacy, culture, choice and independence.
  • Support for people from culturally and linguistically diverse communities.
  • Easy Read information and interpreter support where needed.
  • Clear service agreements and support planning.
  • Safe incident, complaint and feedback processes.
  • Ongoing review when needs or goals change.

Communication access

Information in a way participants can understand

We know that disability, language, culture and health needs can affect how people understand information and make decisions. We can adjust our communication so participants and families feel informed and included.

CALD Support

We welcome participants from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and respect cultural identity, family roles, food preferences, faith and community connection.

Language Barriers

If English is not the participant's preferred language, we can slow down, use plain language and help arrange interpreter support for important conversations.

Easy Read Documents

We can provide key information in simpler formats, including Easy Read style summaries for rights, complaints, consent, service agreements and support planning.
